I am a Nutritionist and Counsellor whose career began in 2013.

In 2018, I opened my first clinic in Dural. After moving to Elderslie in 2021, I took some time to raise my daughter. Now, I am excited to start working in the beautiful Camden region. I look forward to engaging with the local community and providing support in their health journeys.

My approach emphasises the importance of quality food, but I also believe that a nourished body cannot truly thrive without a healthy mind.
