Clarissa Follan

Clarissa is a lawyer at Our Lawyers, in both the Mittagong and Picton offices. She was named the CQUniversity Early Career Alumni in 2023, and has been acknowledges as a finalist in multiple industry awards.

Clarissa commenced her legal career in 2016 as a personal assistant whilst studying, and was admitted as a solicitor in the NSW Supreme Court on 16 August 2019, from which point she has worked across a broad cross section of legal areas in commercial law, employment law, and dispute resolution.

Since 2018, Clarissa has also served on the boards and committees of a number of not-for-profit organisations, including service on the JCI Illawarra local board in 2020, and on the JCI Australia National Board between 2021 and 2024. Currently, Clarissa serves as a secretary to a local disability support charity, as Chair of the Women Lawyers Associates of NSW, and as Vice President of the Wollondilly Business Chamber.
