Susan Johnson
Member Services Manager
Susan has a longstanding passion for supporting businesses and the people behind them. Having started her first business at just 14, Susan has spent much of her life involved in business, community organisations and networking, developing a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by business owners.
Since the age of 16, Susan has served on committees for various community organisations and, since 2006, has held various leadership positions within business networking groups, building strong connections across the Wollondilly and Macarthur business communities.
As a commercial finance broker, Susan enjoys helping business owners find practical financial solutions and connecting them with the right people and resources. She is excited to bring her experience and passion for supporting others to her role as Member Services Manager of the Wollondilly Business Chamber for 2026–2027.
Outside of work, Susan is married to David and enjoys her fish and her cat, Mischief, affectionately known as the “Mischief Maker”. She is also a proud godmother to seven godsons and aunt to a much-loved niece. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, being outdoors and handcrafts, including creating miniature scenes.
